While overseeing the development office in Washington, D.C. for Pritzker Residential in 2000, Richard Boales worked with Martin Kamm who headed up the structured finance practice for Spaulding & Slye. Kamm arranged for equity financing with Prudential Investment Management and the debt with Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance company for this $85 MM, 372 unit development in what was then a pioneering location on the far east side of downtown D.C.
